Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

What is the return policy?
Because each custom order is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, contact us at support@remyxdrip.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Once your design is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations can’t be made. Please double-check your size, design, and color selections before confirming your order.
When will I receive my order?
Custom apparel and/or corporate orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after design approval, depending on the complexity of your order and our current production queue. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details before placing your order.
Where are your products manufactured?
All designs are created, printed, and pressed in-house at ReMyx Drip (North Texas) using high-quality blanks sourced from trusted U.S. and global suppliers. We use professional-grade direct-to-film (DTF), heat transfer vinyl, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for durable, vibrant results that last.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Most U.S. orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with free local pickup or drop-off available in select areas.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
Our MOQ depends on the type of order and apparel selected:
- Personal Custom Orders:
We keep things flexible for individual customers. Most personal or one-off designs have no strict minimum, though pricing reflects single-item production costs. The more you order, the more you save per piece. - Corporate or Bulk Orders:
For businesses, teams, or event merch, the standard MOQ starts at 10 pieces. Larger quantities qualify for tiered discounts, which help lower your overall costs. Final pricing depends on garment type, print method, and complexity of the design.
